You must be at least 13 years old to use Pic Vs Me. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Service Overview

Pic Vs Me enables users to:

• Upload a reference photo from their gallery.
• Take a real-time selfie through their device's native camera with no filters applied.
• Generate a Realness Score based on the comparison of the uploaded photo and the unfiltered selfie.
• The selfie is used only for temporary analysis and is never displayed or stored in the result page.

3. Result Page & Data Retention

• The result page includes the Realness Score and the uploaded reference photo only.
• The result page is private by default, but may be shared via a unique link by the user.
• Shared result pages are available for 30 days after generation and then automatically deleted.
• The unfiltered selfie used to calculate the score is not saved or displayed in any form.

4. Technology and Third-Party Services

Pic Vs Me uses a third-party facial analysis API to calculate the Realness Score. The analysis is based solely on facial similarity and does not verify identity or perform biometric recognition.

5. Prohibited Behavior

Users agree not to:

• Upload explicit, offensive, or misleading images.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or misuse any feature of the platform.
• Share result pages for the purpose of harassment or impersonation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software used in Pic Vs Me are the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

• The Realness Score is an entertainment-based estimate and is not intended for legal, commercial, or biometric evaluation.
• Pic Vs Me is not liable for:
  • Accuracy of scores
  • User misuse of shared pages
  • Interruptions from third-party services

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
